Clean place, great atmosphere, and food was cooked perfectly to our standards. Our waitress whom waited on us hand and foot was Amazing! Definitely will be going back very soon.

Food is excellent and fresh. Just wish the place was cleaner. It's always a little dirty and has a weird smell to it.

Not a great first time experience. We walked in and 6 tables were open but dirty. No one greeted us or acknowledged us. We stood waiting until someone finally cleaned off tables but instead of getting one expedited they cleared all of them. We sat down at the least dirty table until someone came to wipe it off. We noticed the staff being rude and “testy” with other customers also. We waited quite awhile for our food and all we ordered was a grit bowl. The food finally came out and the order was wrong. Biscuit ordered came almost after food was finished. The grit bowl was small with minimal grits. Bland. Will not come back here.

3 squares in Leesburg is our favorite. Mr. Willie and Mrs. Donna are a great pqir! He cooks my husband's eggs over easy and gets them perfect! Mrs. Donna is very efficient with large crowds and has a good attitude. Foods is good too!
